Q: What areas of the country do
you cover?
A: We cover all parts
of the UK: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Q: I need to
sell my house for cash, how long does it take?
A: We will work at a pace to suit you. It can be very
quick, if that's what you need. We can arrange a
sell
and rent back
option immediately and if necessary we can
exchange in 24hrs (subject to legal paperwork being in order).
Q: What fees do you charge?
A: There are no costs in obtaining an offer from us.
Q: How quickly can I get the
money?
A: A solicitor will release the money as soon as the
transaction is completed.
Q: How quickly can we
get the cash?
A: It can be in your bank is a matter of days but the service
is designed to be flexible to your required timescales.
Q: Will anybody know about the sale?
A: No, it's confidential. We don't put a "sold"
sign up, nobody will know about your sale.
Q: How do your prices
compare to those I'd get from an estate agent?
A: It depends on a number of variable factors such as the
property type and its location. We usually offer around 80% of
the current market value (the price your house would be worth
to achieve a sale on the open market which may take anything
between 12 and 16 weeks or more to complete).
Q: If we are being repossessed
and we have chosen to sell to you, do we need to tell the
people who are repossessing us?
A: You don't have to do anything. The solicitor will talk
to them and arrange for their loan to be paid.
Q: Do I have to accept the
offer straight away?
A: Not at all, you are under no obligation. We will give
you up to 30 days before we may revise our offer due to market
fluctuations. However, we do advise you make a swift decision.
Q: What type of properties do
you buy?
A: We buy all types of property:
- Flats
- Maisonettes
- Terraced houses
- Semi-detached houses
- Properties with sitting
tenants
- Ex-Local Authority
- Property in need of
refurbishment
- Commercial properties
- Even properties that have
been on the market for a long time.
Q: Does the property need to
be in good condition?
A: No. We will consider any property in any type of
condition.
Q: Do you purchase property
of any value?
A: It depends on the individual circumstances, although we
will consider property up to one million pounds (£1
million).
Q: Will my estate agent mind
if I sell direct to you?
A: Estate Agents are never happy about losing their
commission, but you must remember that your quick sale is more
important. We always advise that you read your estate agents
agreement and give the correct notice. |
